Sunday 4th September - The Snooty Fox Wakefield (All-Dayer-starts at 2 PM)

The band will round off this burst of live activity with a trip to Ireland where they will play the Dublin Doom Days Warm-up Show! This is a big event as it is the first non-UK Iron Void show. They will be sharing a stage with Pagan folksters Beneath The Oak, Hands of Orlac (great Italian horror doom for fans of Blood Ceremony and the like. With flute!), Hooded Priest...and we've just found out HELL are headlining it!

After all this is done, the band will begin recording their debut album. The debut EP, Spell of Ruin will be reissued by Doomanoid Records immediately after the GROAN/VINUM SABBATUM split CD (NOID007) which is due out next. It will have the original 4 tracks plus 2 new recordings we made last summer: Suicide Sorcerer (this has been remixed since the Planet Doom Volume Two compilation and the vocals and leads are now a bit louder and clearer) and Drowning In Eternity (exclusive, previously unreleased track). The only delay is the cost of pressing it so please be patient.

Doom on!

We've gone mobile!

As of now, this blog is optimised for viewing on mobile phones. Now you can check in with Doomanoid on the move without using a magnifying glass!

Seems to work OK and it is much easier to read.
